Isabella Lohrey is an accomplished oboe and english horn player who has been recently accepted into Greater North Texas Youth Orchestra as first chair. She has been recognized for her rich tone, beautiful solos, and graceful phrasing.

Isabella has played with Minnesota Youth Symphonies, Greater Twin Cities Youth Symphony, and Greater North Texas Youth Orchestra as first chair. Additionally, Isabella has played in the Providence Academy Band and has been nominated and has gone to honor bands. Isabella has also been asked to play in different cantatas and also perform many solos. 

Isabella has studied under Christine Kim and Kate Wegener. She has also had the opportunity to play for and work with Nathan Hughes. 

Isabella is very passionate about playing oboe and reed-making and loves to help younger oboists.
